Our first session will delve into what's not working for you right now, and what you want instead. In this session we will also kick off with a simple, but effective, anchoring exercise.

Each session after that will be a combination of one or two exercises per session geared around what you specifically want to work on. (It's likely that you may receive some simple homework tasks to get you to practise what you've done during sessions).
